Return Information

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we realise that occasionally you may want to return an item. You can do this at any time within 28 days from the date of your dispatch note.

You pay the return postage and we will refund the full purchase price including any outbound carriage fees paid, except any special services you may have bought.

To initiate a return, please e-mail us at quoting your order number, we will give a return number which we ask you to quote on your return paperwork.

You should include your packing note and please mark the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued via the same route as your original payment.
